Return Policy
At LumaClip, we strive to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below for details on how to proceed.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lumaclip.com.
4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@lumaclip.com.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to: support@lumaclip.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including gift cards and downloadable software products. Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund.
